P2S Driver offers innovative approaches to labour management through access to a number of labour forces with collective agreements. We have a track record of assisting owners, construction groups, and maintenance groups, with developing and/or implementing site labour plans and agreements which can result in substantial savings.

Non-Traditional Unions: By constantly recruiting skilled craft workers across Canada, we manage an employee database of more than 6,000 present and past skilled workers, with additional access to multiple craft labour groups across Canada totalling more than 230,000 craftsman.
Foreign Workers: Both joint venture members maintain active Labour Market Opinion appr ovals from Service Canada. Through these approvals we can access more than 5,000 maintenance and turnaround professionals throughout the world, and can take advantage of the opposing turnaround seasons between Canada and U.S.
